Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Make the Meatballs

In a large bowl, combine the Wagyu ground beef, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of jerk seasoning. Mix until well combined. Form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

  2. 2

    Cook the Meatballs

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Peppers

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add diced red and green bell peppers and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Sauce

Stir in the remaining jerk seasoning into the skillet with the peppers. Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.

  5. 5

    Combine Everything

Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

  6. 6

    Cook the Pasta

While the meatballs are simmering, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  7. 7

    Serve

Toss the cooked pasta with the jerk-garlic cream sauce and meatballs. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
