Pan Seared Salmon Steak Ingredients
Cooking Directions
1. Prepare the Salmon
Season the salmon steak with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
2. Cook the Salmon
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Place the salmon steak in the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add Shrimp and Crab
Stir in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Gently fold in the lump crab meat.
5. Finish the Sauce
Add the Cajun seasoning and heavy cream. Stir and let simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Add chopped parsley before serving.
