Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Pork Loin
Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels and season all sides with salt and black pepper.

Make the Parmesan Mixture
In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and olive oil. Mix until it forms a paste.

Coat the Pork Loin
Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over the top and sides of the pork loin, pressing gently to adhere.

Roast the Pork Loin
Place the pork loin in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Rest and Serve
Remove the pork loin from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
