Pork Ribs
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Rinse the pork ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the pork ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
- 3
Add Liquid
Place the seasoned ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. In a separate bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar and water, then pour it into the tray around the ribs.
- 4
Cover and Roast
Cover the ribs tightly with aluminum foil and place in the preheated oven. Roast for 2.5 to 3 hours until the ribs are tender.
- 5
Finish and Serve
Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F). Roast for an additional 20-30 minutes until the ribs are caramelized and slightly crispy. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
