Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Rinse the beef ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

Rub the olive oil all over the beef ribs. In a small bowl, mix sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Generously season the ribs with this mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Slow Roast the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on a roasting pan, bone side down. If desired, tuck fresh rosemary sprigs around the ribs for added flavor. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven.

  4. 4

    Cooking Time

Slow roast the ribs for about 3.5 to 4 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.

  5. 5

    Finish and Serve

Remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
