Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Smoke the Wings

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Place the seasoned wings on the smoker rack and smoke for about 1.5 hours, or until the wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Make Spicy Basil Honey

While the wings are smoking, in a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey and chopped basil. Stir until heated through and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Glaze the Wings

Once the wings are done smoking, remove them from the smoker and toss them in the spicy basil honey until well coated.

Serve

Garnish the wings with pickled jalapenos and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
