Burger Preparation
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Cook the Patties
In the same skillet, cook the dry-aged beef patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip the patties and place a slice of American cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
Assemble the Burger
Spread fancy sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a patty with melted cheese on each, followed by crispy bacon, shredded iceberg lettuce, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
Serve
Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your Abby’s Burger!
