Wings
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- 2
Fry the Wings
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the wings in batches, frying them for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove the wings and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- 3
Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until well combined. Remove from heat.
- 4
Coat the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the fried wings in the hot sauce mixture until they are evenly coated. You can add more hot sauce according to your taste preference.
- 5
Serve
Transfer the wings to a serving platter and serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauces and celery sticks.
