Method

Main Course

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts.

  2. 2

    Bake the Chicken

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Side Dish

  1. 3

    Prepare the Asparagus

While the chicken is baking, rinse the asparagus and trim the tough ends. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Toss the asparagus in this mixture.

  2. 4

    Roast the Asparagus

Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes until tender. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Dessert

  1. 5

    Prepare the Cake Mix

In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  2. 6

    Bake the Cake

Pour the cake batter into a greased cake pan and bake according to the package instructions, usually about 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool before frosting.

  3. 7

    Prepare the Frosting

In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk until you reach a smooth consistency. Once the cake is cool, frost the top with this mixture.
