Method

Appetizers

  1. 1

    Prepare Mini Quiches

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, whisk together 6 eggs, 1 cup of milk, salt, and pepper. Place pastry shells in a muffin tin and fill each with a mixture of cooked vegetables (like spinach, bell peppers, and mushrooms) and the egg mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.

  2. 2

    Assemble Veggie Platter

Select a variety of fresh vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers. Wash and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them artfully on a large tray.

  3. 3

    Serve Hummus

Place hummus in a small bowl in the center of the veggie platter for dipping.

  4. 4

    Create Cheese Platter

Select a variety of cheeses (cheddar, brie, gouda) and slice them into pieces. Arrange on a platter with some crackers and grapes for garnish.

  5. 5

    Prepare Olives

Rinse olives and place them in a small bowl. You can use a mix of green and black olives for variety.

Salads

  1. 6

    Make Caesar Salad

In a large bowl, toss together chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated parmesan cheese. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and mix well.

  2. 7

    Prepare Caprese Salad

Slice fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. Alternate layers of mozzarella and tomato on a large platter, sprinkling fresh basil leaves in between. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Desserts

  1. 8

    Bake Mini Cheesecakes

Prepare a graham cracker crust with crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into muffin tins and fill with cheesecake batter (cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla) and bake at 325°F (165°C) for 20-25 minutes. Cool before serving.

  2. 9

    Prepare Fruit Skewers

Cut a variety of fruits such as strawberries, pineapple, and melon into chunks. Thread them onto skewers alternating the fruits for a colorful presentation.
