    Melt Butter

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.

  3. 3

    Mix Sugars

In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.

  4. 4

    Add Eggs

    Bake

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.

    Fill Cupcake Liners

Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.

  7. 15
