Prep the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the wings are well-coated.

Bake the Wings
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

Coat with Buffalo Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in a bowl with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

Prepare Celery
While the wings are baking, wash and cut the celery stalks into sticks. Set aside for serving.
Blue Cheese Dressing

Make the Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth, adjusting seasoning to taste.
