Pancake Batter
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Pancake Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined; some lumps are okay.
- 2
Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- 3
Serve the Pancakes
Stack the pancakes on a plate and top with fruity pebbles, fresh raspberries, and drizzle with vanilla syrup.
