Prepare the Artichoke Puree
In a blender, combine artichoke hearts, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Sear the Salmon
Season the salmon fillets with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

Plate the Dish
Spread a generous spoonful of artichoke puree on each plate. Place the seared salmon on top and arrange the sautéed asparagus on the side.
