Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Ensure even slicing for consistent cooking.

Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set aside.

Stir Fry the Vegetables
Heat a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a splash of oil if desired. Add the broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, snap peas, and zucchini. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the Sauce
Pour the prepared sauce over the stir-fried vegetables and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and coats the vegetables.
Serving

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve hot as a side dish or over rice or noodles.
