Burger Patty

Toppings

Method

Preparing the Beef Patty

1

Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Avoid over-mixing to keep the patties tender.

2

Form Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, about 1 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.

3

Cook Patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Adjust cooking time according to your preferred doneness.

Assembling the Burger

4

Prepare the Bun

While the patties are cooking, slice the burger buns in half. If desired, toast the buns in a separate skillet until golden.

5

Add Toppings

On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked beef patty. Slice the tomato and place a slice on top of each patty. Finally, drizzle house sauce over the tomato.

6

Complete the Burger

Place the top half of the bun over the toppings. Press down gently and serve immediately.
