Add the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract to the egg mixture, and gently fold until smooth and well blended.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined and smooth.
For the Coffee Mixture

Brew the Coffee
Prepare the espresso or strong brewed coffee, allowing it to cool slightly.

Mix with Liqueur
In a shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee and coffee liqueur.
For Assembly

Dip the Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer the Ingredients
In a 9x13 inch dish, arrange half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers.

Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone cream.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
