In a blender, combine white rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and frothy.

If the mixture is too thick, add a little more pineapple juice to achieve your desired consistency.

Fill two cocktail glasses with ice to chill them while you prepare the drink.

Once blended, pour the Pina Colada mixture into the chilled glasses over the ice. Garnish each drink with a fresh pineapple wedge, a maraschino cherry, and a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
