Chill the Champagne
Place the bottle of champagne in a wine cooler or an ice bucket filled with ice and water for at least 30 minutes to chill.

Juice the Oranges
If using fresh oranges, juice enough oranges to yield 2 cups of fresh orange juice. Strain the juice to remove any pulp if desired.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the chilled champagne and fresh orange juice. Stir gently to mix without losing the carbonation.

Serve
Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes. Garnish each glass with an orange slice on the rim if desired.
