Prepare the Espresso
Brew a shot of hot espresso using your preferred method.

Scoop the Ice Cream
In a serving glass or bowl, add 2 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream.

Add the Amaro
Pour 2 oz of Montenegro Amaro over the ice cream.

Pour the Espresso
Quickly pour the hot espresso over the amaro and ice cream.
