1. Prepare the Crust

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool.

2. Make the Lime Curd

In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and key lime juice until smooth. Pour the mixture into the cooled graham cracker crust.

3. Bake the Pie

Bake the pie in the preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is set. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until chilled.

4. Prepare the Berry Compote

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine mixed berries, lemon juice, and a tablespoon of sugar. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the berries break down and create a sauce. Remove from heat and let cool.

5. Whip the Cream

In a mixing bowl, beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
