Method
Preparing the Main Lunch

Assemble the Sandwich
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.

Layer the turkey breast, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato slices on top of the mayo and mustard side of two slices of bread.

Top with the remaining bread slices, mayo and mustard side down, to close the sandwich.

Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap or place in a sandwich container.
Making the Classic Slaw

Prepare the Slaw
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.

In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots and toss until well combined.

Cover the slaw and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Making the Garlic Bread

Prepare Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.

Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.

Remove from the oven, unwrap, and slice into individual pieces.
Final Assembly

Pack the Lunch
Place each sandwich, a serving of slaw, a piece of garlic bread, and a cookie into individual lunch bags or containers.
