Method

Preparation

1

Press the Tofu

Start by pressing the tofu to remove excess moisture. Wrap the tofu block in a clean kitchen towel and place a heavy object on top for about 15-20 minutes.

2

Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic. Set aside.

Cooking

3

Cut the Tofu

Once pressed, cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.

4

Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.

5

Sauté the Tofu

Add the tofu cubes to the hot skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown on all sides.

6

Add the Sauce

Pour the prepared sauce over the sautéed tofu and stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

7

Garnish

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
