Method
Preparing the Rim
- 1
Prepare the Rim
Start by moistening the rim of your glass with a lime wedge. Then, mix the coarse sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper on a small plate. Dip the rim of your glass into the mixture, ensuring it's well-coated.
Making the Red Snapper

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the dry gin, Bloody Mary mix, fresh lemon juice, and pepper. Add the ice cubes and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
