1. Brew the Coffee
In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 0.5 cups of Kona coffee grounds and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Strain the coffee into a bowl to remove the grounds.
2. Chill the Coffee
Allow the brewed coffee to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill.
3. Mix the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the chilled Kona coffee, 1 cup of milk, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Blend until well mixed and frothy.
4. Serve
In a glass, add 1 cup of ice cubes, then pour the blended coffee mixture over the ice. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
