Method

Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2

Prepare the Bread

Cut the brioche bread into cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

3

Mix Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

4

Combine Ingredients

Pour the wet mixture over the bread cubes and gently fold in the dried cranberries and granola until evenly distributed. Let it sit for 15 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the liquid.

Baking

5

Bake the Pudding

Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.

6

Cool and Serve

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm, optionally with whipped cream or ice cream.
