In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper until well combined.

Marinate the Chicken

Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for best flavor.

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Grill the thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is nicely charred.
