Cook the Chicken
Add the diced chicken to the pot and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

Combine Remaining Ingredients
Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, rice, Cajun seasoning, bay leaves, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Stir to combine.

Cook the Jambalaya
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

Add Shrimp and Ham
Fold in the shrimp and diced ham, cover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Serve
Remove bay leaves, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
