Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and gouda cheese until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the cream, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Add Meats

Gently fold in the chopped shrimp, alligator tail meat, and crumbled smoked pork sausage into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.

  4. 4

    Bake the Cheesecake

Grease a 9-inch springform pan and pour the cheesecake mixture into it. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

  5. 5

    Cool and Serve

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before removing from the pan. Serve warm or at room temperature with pita bread.
