Pulled Pork and Sliders

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Pulled Pork

Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or until fork-tender. Shred the pork using two forks and mix with the Sweet & Tangy Brown Ale BBQ sauce.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Spicy Cajun Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the cabbage and carrots are coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Sliders

Toast the slider buns lightly. Place a generous amount of pulled pork on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a scoop of Spicy Cajun Coleslaw. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
