Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Baguette
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the French baguette in half lengthwise and hollow out the inside slightly to create space for the filling.
- 2
Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic, chopped onion, and bell peppers. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- 3
Add Protein and Seasoning
Add your choice of protein to the skillet and cook until fully cooked through (about 5-10 minutes depending on the protein). Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 4
Add Grinder Sauce
Stir in the Grinder sauce and mix until everything is well combined and heated through.
- 5
Assemble the Grinder
Spoon the sautéed mixture into the hollowed-out baguette halves. Place on a baking sheet.
- 6
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the baguette is toasted and crispy.
- 7
Serve
Remove from oven, slice into portions if desired, and serve hot.
