Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Sauté the Seafood
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the shrimp and lobster meat, and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the shrimp is pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3
Make the Cream Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine and allow it to simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- 4
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet with the seafood and sauce. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly in the cajun cream sauce.
- 5
Serve
Plate the pasta and top with pico de gallo, fried shallots, and herbed-white truffle breadcrumbs as desired. Enjoy!
