Prepare the Wild Rice
Cook the wild rice according to package instructions. Set aside to cool.

Make the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground bison, cooked wild rice, egg, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until combined.

Form Meatballs
Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet.

Cook the Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

Prepare the Crostini
Brush baguette slices with olive oil and grill until golden brown. Rub with halved garlic clove.

Serve the meatballs topped with tomato-basil sauce and fresh mozzarella, alongside the grilled crostini.
