Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the buttermilk and hot sauce. Add the boneless chicken breasts and let marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Prepare the Breading
In a shallow dish, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Fry the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off, and dredge in the flour mixture. Fry each piece for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Make the Sambal Mayo
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sambal oelek, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.

Prepare the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrot. In another bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well to combine. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Assemble the Sandwich
Spread sambal mayo on the bottom of each bun. Place a piece of fried chicken on top, followed by a generous helping of house slaw and a few slices of B&B pickles. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
