Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation of Seabass

1

Marinate the Fish

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the seabass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring the fillets are evenly coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

2

Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, heat it on the stove over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with a bit of olive oil.

3

Cook the Fish

Once the grill is hot, remove the seabass from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the fillets on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Flip the fillets carefully and grill for another 3-5 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

4

Garnish

Remove the seabass from the grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Preparation of Sides

5

Prepare the Asparagus

While the fish is marinating, rinse the asparagus under cold water and trim the ends. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

6

Season the Asparagus

In a bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

7

Cook the Asparagus

Place the seasoned asparagus on the grill or in the grill pan alongside the fish. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.
