Prepare the Tomatoes

Slice the green tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 15 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels.

Breading Process

In one bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In a third bowl, combine cornmeal with a pinch of salt. Dip each tomato slice first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the cornmeal, ensuring they are fully coated.

Fry the Tomatoes

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded tomato slices for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Marinated Crab Salad

Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Old Bay Aioli

Prepare Aioli

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Pimento Cheese

Combine Cheese Mixture

In a mixing bowl, blend together shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, chopped pimentos, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
