Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Rub the New York strip steaks with olive oil, then season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the steaks on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

  3. 3

    Bake the Potatoes

While the steak is cooking, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prick the baked potatoes with a fork, rub with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Green Beans

While the potatoes are baking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for about 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and toss with butter and minced garlic.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once the steak is cooked to your liking, let it rest for a few minutes. Serve the steak alongside the baked potatoes and green beans, garnished with fresh parsley.
