Method
Fresh Salads
- 1
Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash and dry the Romaine lettuce thoroughly. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
- 2
Add Caesar Dressing
Pour the housemade Caesar dressing over the torn Romaine lettuce. Use tongs to gently toss the lettuce and dressing together until the leaves are evenly coated.
- 3
Add Asiago Cheese
Grate or shave the Asiago cheese. Sprinkle it generously over the dressed Romaine lettuce.
- 4
Top with Croutons
Add the croutons to the salad, distributing them evenly over the top.
- 5
Add Grilled Chicken (if desired)
If using grilled chicken, slice the breast into thin strips and place it on top of the salad before serving.
