Method
Wings Preparation
- 1
Prepare Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Set Up Breading Station
In one bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In a third bowl, place the bread crumbs.
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Dip each piece of chicken first into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with bread crumbs. Ensure each piece is well-coated.
Cooking Wings
- 4
Heat Oil
In a deep frying pan or fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- 5
Fry Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken pieces to the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 6
Drain and Rest
Remove the chicken from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Allow to rest for a few minutes.
Serving
- 7
Prepare Sauces
In small bowls, serve the ranch and bleu cheese dressings.
- 8
Arrange Veggies
Place celery sticks and carrot sticks in a serving dish.
- 9
Serve Wings
Arrange the cooked boneless wings on a platter and serve with the prepared sauces and veggies.
