Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Kentucky bourbon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into round patties, about ¾ inch thick.

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cooked patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mayonnaise. Top with the other half of the bun.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, mix the buttermilk and egg until well combined. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.

In a deep pot or fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Dip the cheese curds into the batter, making sure they are fully coated.

Carefully drop the battered cheese curds into the hot oil in batches. Fry them for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Form into two patties.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

During the last minute of cooking, place a mixture of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese on top of each patty and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.

In another skillet, place one tortilla and sprinkle half of the remaining cheese on it. Place the cooked patties on top, followed by the remaining cheese and the second tortilla. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden and crispy.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
