Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and toss them in buffalo sauce until well coated. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and bacon bits until well combined.
- 6
Stuff the Jalapeños
Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture and place them on a baking sheet.

Coat with Breadcrumbs
Drizzle olive oil over the poppers and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Hushpuppies

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil over medium heat until hot (about 350°F or 175°C).
- 10
Fry the Hushpuppies
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
