Caesar wasn't Cajun, but we won't hold that against him. Romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, croutons and Caesar dressing.

Preparing the Salad

Wash and Chop Lettuce
Rinse the Romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt or grit. Shake off excess water, then chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Prepare Parmesan
Grate the Parmesan cheese using a grater or a food processor, then sprinkle it over the chopped lettuce.

Add Croutons
Add the croutons on top of the lettuce and cheese in the salad bowl.
Making the Caesar Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.

Mix in Olive Oil
Gradually whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is smooth and well combined.
Assembling the Salad

Dress the Salad
Pour the Caesar dressing over the lettuce, cheese, and croutons in the salad bowl.

Toss the Salad
Gently toss the salad until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.

Serve
Serve immediately in individual bowls or plates, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
