Clean the Oysters
Rinse the oysters under cold water to remove any sand or debris. Scrub the shells with a brush to ensure they are clean.

Prepare the Steamer
Fill a steamer pot with water and bring it to a simmer over medium heat. Make sure the water does not touch the steamer basket.
Cajun Flavoring

Mix the Cajun Seasoning
In a small bowl, combine paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir to mix well.

Season the Oysters
Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning mixture generously over the oysters before placing them in the steamer.
Breaux's All In Flavoring

Combine Breaux's Seasoning
In another bowl, mix the Cajun seasoning mix with lemon zest and chopped parsley.

Add to Oysters
Once the oysters are in the steamer, sprinkle the Breaux's seasoning over them evenly.
Lemon Flavoring

Add Lemon Juice
Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the oysters before steaming for a zesty flavor.

Once cooked, serve the oysters hot with lemon wedges on the side for an extra citrus kick.

Place the oysters in the steamer basket and cover. Steam for about 5-7 minutes, or until the shells open and the oysters are cooked through.
