Prepare the Steak
Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables
Dice the green bell pepper and carrots. Slice the green onions and measure out the peas. Set aside.
Cooking

Cook the Steak
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak cubes and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the diced green bell pepper, carrots, and peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked jasmine rice to the skillet, mixing well with the vegetables. Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and remaining Cajun seasoning. Stir to combine thoroughly.

Spoon the Cajun steak fried rice onto plates. Top with sliced green onions and a fried egg if desired. Drizzle with sriracha sauce to taste.
