Prepare the Shrimp
In a medium bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside for 15 minutes to marinate.

Set Up Breading Station
In three separate bowls, place the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and a mixture of beaten eggs and milk. In the fourth bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.

Bread the Shrimp
Dip each marinated shrimp first into the flour, ensuring it is fully coated. Then dip it into the egg and milk mixture, followed by coating it with panko breadcrumbs. Place the breaded shrimp on a plate.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Shrimp
Carefully add the breaded shrimp in batches to the hot oil. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Prepare for Serving
Arrange the crispy popcorn shrimp on a serving platter. Serve with cocktail sauce, Voodoo sauce, and Breaux sauce for dipping.
