Oyster Filling Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the shucked oysters with the chopped green onions. Set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
