Cooking the Noodles

Boil the Water
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add salt once boiling.

Cook the Noodles
Add spaghetti or linguine to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes until al dente.

Drain and Set Aside
Once cooked, drain the noodles and reserve about 1 cup of pasta water. Set the noodles aside.
Preparing the Crawfish Mixture

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add Crawfish and Spices
Stir in crawfish tails, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.

Stir in Green Onions
Add chopped green onions to the mixture and stir for an additional 2 minutes.
Combining Ingredients

Combine Noodles and Crawfish
Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the crawfish mixture. Toss everything together to combine well.

Adjust Consistency
If the mixture seems dry, gradually add reserved pasta water until desired consistency is achieved.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the noodles and toss to combine until melted and creamy.

Season with black pepper and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
