Chop the green onions, bell pepper, and carrot into small pieces. Mince the garlic cloves.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Stir in the cooked jasmine rice and crawfish tails. Mix well to combine and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Add the soy sauce and Cajun seasoning. Stir until the rice is evenly coated and heated through.

Stir in the chopped green onions and remove the skillet from heat.
Voodoo Sauce Preparation

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, hot sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and lemon juice.

Whisk the mixture until smooth and well combined. Adjust the hot sauce to taste if you prefer more heat.
