    Gather all the ingredients: whole wheat tortilla, turkey breast, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing.

    Place the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface. Layer the turkey breast slices evenly over the tortilla.

    Place the slice of swiss cheese on top of the turkey. Add the lettuce leaves and sliced tomato over the cheese.

    Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up to create the wrap.
