Main Ingredients
House Dressing
Method
Preparing the Chicken
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for better flavor.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- 3
Slice the Chicken
After resting, slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.
Making the House Dressing
- 4
Prepare the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
Assembling the Wraps
- 5
Layer the Ingredients
Take a whole wheat wrap and spread a generous amount of the house dressing over the surface. Add a handful of spinach leaves, followed by the sliced grilled chicken.
- 6
Wrap it Up
Fold in the sides of the wrap and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining wraps.
- 7
Serve
Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap them in foil for an on-the-go meal.
